How we help your organization through the grant process.

Initial Consultation

1. Review of your current grant and other fundraising strategies.
2. Assess current fundraising capacity and gaps in both processes.
3. Review of existing annual fundraising plan (if available).
4. There is no fee for initial consultation.

Selection of Services

1. Review Athena’s menu of services (see services page) and help select those that best meet your organization’s needs.
2. Determine the length and level of support (typically based on the organization's annual operating budget).
3. Develop strategies to best meet your fundraising and grant needs.

Identification of Potential Grants

1. Athena Grants monitors many government, corporate, foundation, and other grant sites and matches the funders interest with your organization’s mission.
2. Athena can also introduce you to major community funders with whom they have developed relationships over the years.

Execution of Grant Plan

1. Athena Grants can help you prepare your grant request/proposal, edit existing grant narratives, and develop project and operating budgets for your organization.
2. Athena can also assist your organization in fulfilling reporting requirements, such as quarterly, semi-annual, and annual progress reports.
